Who We Are

Hi! Our names are Lana and Brenda and we are educators with over a decade of experience. We believe writing is an essential skill every child deserves to have. Too many students are not being taught the essential skills to make their writing clear, fluid, and compelling. In our camp, we teach from the ground up, using scaffolded approaches from the sentence level that build over time to create competent single paragraphs and full length essays. With warmth, humor, and a lot of compassion, we make our classrooms come to life.
